Suspending Promotion

In the Pay-per-Order section #

1. Open Promotion → Pay-per-order.
2. Disable promotion for the desired product using the toggle switch. To stop the promotion of multiple products at once, mark the desired ones and click Promotion → Disable.

In the column Recent Update, you can view the latest date when the product promotion was enabled or disabled.

Via a campaign in Stencils or Getting to the TOP #

Open the desired campaign in Stencils or Getting to the TOP, and in the column Pay-per-Order toggle the switch to the inactive position for the desired product.

How to remove a product from Pay-per-Order #

To remove the product from promotion completely:

1. Open Promotion → Pay-per-order.

2. Click next to the desired product. To remove multiple products from promotion at once, mark the desired ones and click .

   

3. Confirm removal.

What happens if a promotional product has no sales for 14 days #

If a promotional product has had no sales over the last 2 weeks and you are not promoting it additionally via Stencils or Getting to the TOP, its promotion will be suspended. As soon as there is at least one order, the product will return to promotion.

You can check which products are unavailable for promotion in search in Promotion → Pay-per-order. Click Filters and check the box next to Disabled Products.

To avoid waiting for sales, you can add the product to promotion via Stencils or Getting to the TOP. This way it will have no sales restrictions, and the rate will be reduced.
