Reviews for Points

Launch automatic promotion #

1. In the Menu → Reviews for points section, open an automatic promotion.

2. Check if you’re satisfied with the promotion forecast:

   • approximate conversion rate that shows how often customers will add products to the cart;
   • number of products that will participate in the promotion;
   • approximate promotion cost;
   • number of reviews you can receive.

3. Tap Launch promotion.

Launch the “Attract customers with points for reviews” promotion #

1. Open the Menu → Reviews for points section.

2. Tap Add products.

3. Enter the promotion name.

4. Specify the start and end dates of the promotion.

   If you don’t specify an end date, the promotion runs until we collect all the reviews.

5. Tap Add products.

6. Select the products that will participate in the promotion. You can filter them by:

   • category,
   • brand,
   • price,
   • number of reviews.

7. Tap Continue.

   By default, we set 10 as a goal number of reviews for each product and recommended rates for each review.

   You can specify another number of reviews and points.

8. Tap Launch promotion.

Change the reviews collection settings #

You can only change the settings for the “Attract customers with points for reviews” promotion.

Add products to promotions #

1. In the Menu → Reviews for points section, open the promotion.
2. Tap the section with the number of products and tap Add products.
3. Select the products you want to add to the campaign.
4. Tap Save.

Remove products from promotions #

1. In the Menu → Reviews for points section, open the promotion.
2. Tap the section with the number of products and tap next to the product.
3. Tap and confirm deletion.

Change the number of reviews and points #

1. In the Menu → Reviews for points section, open the promotion.

2. Tap Set rates and quantity.

3. For products in each price category, specify:

   • the number of reviews you want to get;
   • the number of points for different types of reviews.

4. Tap Save.

To set the number of points for a specific product, tap the section with the number of products and specify the amount of points customers will receive for different types of reviews.

Change promotion dates #

1. In the Menu → Reviews for points section, open the promotion.
2. Tap next to the promotion name to edit the promotion.
3. Enter new dates and tap Save.

Stop collecting reviews for points #

1. In the Menu → Reviews for points section, open the promotion.
2. Tap Stop the promotion and confirm the action.
