Georgia: GBS Export
#
Courier delivery and delivery to pick-up points in Georgia.
The order must be prepaid.
Delivery restrictions:
- Maximum order amount: 850 EUR.
- Maximum weight: 29,5 kg.
- Maximum dimensions: 120 × 80 × 50 cm.
- We don’t deliver parcels to correctional institutions.
For the order to pass customs, specify your personal details. Ozon asks for them in your personal account and passes them to the carrier or customs to fill out the declaration.
The carrier or customs representative may contact you to clarify the details.

If the product weighs more than 30 kg and costs more than 300 GEL, you need to pay customs fees.
After the parcel is sent, it’s track number appears in your personal account.
Once the order status is On the way to your city, you can track the parcel on the gbs-broker.ru website.
Once the parcel is delivered to the pick-up point, you have 7 days to collect it.
You can extend it’s storage period for another 15 business days if you don’t manage to pick up the parcel in time.
To do this, contact the Ozon support team.
To receive the parcel, tell the pick-up point employee your phone number. It must be the one you specified when placing the order.
To change the recipient, you can contact the Ozon support team.
At the pick-up point, you can’t check the order upon receipt and partially redeem it.
You’ll get a text message on the scheduled day, once the courier gets your shipment.
An hour before the expected delivery time, the courier calls you to arrange delivery.
To receive the order, tell the courier your phone number. It must be the one you specified when placing the order.
To change the recipient, you can contact the Ozon support team.
If you can’t meet the courier at the appointed time, arrange another delivery date and time.

Once the parcel is delivered to the pick-up point, you have 7 days to collect it. After that period, you have to pay 0,5 EUR for each day of storage.
If you don’t pick up the order before the storage period ends, the delivery service contacts you. Tell the carrier if you want to extend the storage time.
To receive the parcel, show your ID card to the pick-up point employee or tell them a unique code. The recipient’s ID must match the one you entered when placing the order. You’ll recieve a text message with the unique code on the number you specified when placing the order. To change the recipient, you can contact the Ozon support team.
At the pick-up point, you can’t check the order upon receipt and partially redeem it.
On the scheduled day, the courier will call you to arrange the date and time of delivery.
To receive the parcel, show your ID card to the courier. The recipient’s ID must match the one you entered when placing the order.

Azerbaijan: UNI EXPRESS EXPORT

- Maximum dimensions: 50 × 50 × 50 cm.
- Maximum weight: 30 kg.
- In some cases, you must pay customs duty.

- It’s not possible to deliver bladed articles, products from the “Weapons” category, means of communication, and liquids to correctional institutions.
For the order to pass customs, specify your personal details.
Ozon asks for them in your personal account and passes them to the carrier or customs to fill out the declaration.

To receive your order in Azerbaijan:
- Sign up on the e.customs.gov.az customs website or in the Smart Customs mobile app.
- Fill in the declaration on time.
Once the order status changes to On the way to your city, you can contact the partner Call Center ASE via Telegram at +994 50 256 0075.
If the total monthly worth of your orders is more than 300 USD, you must pay customs duty.
This duty equals 36% of the amount exceeding the limit. You also need to pay duty, VAT and administrative fee.
After the parcel is sent, its track number appears in your personal account.
Once the order status is On the way to your city, you can track the parcel on the unitrade.youtrack.info website.
Once the parcel is delivered to the pick-up point, you have 30 days to collect it. You can’t extend its storage period.
To collect the parcel, show your ID card to the pick-up point operator and tell them the order number. The recipient’s full name must match the one you entered when placing the order.
To change the recipient, contact Ozon support team.
At the pick-up point, you can’t check the order upon receipt and partially redeem it.
On the delivery day, the courier will contact you to arrange the time.
To receive the order, show the courier your ID card. The recipient’s full name must match the one you entered when placing the order.
If you can’t meet the courier at the appointed time, arrange another delivery date and time. You can reschedule the courier delivery once. After that, the delivery service transfers your parcel to the pick-up point closest to the address you specified.
You can change the delivery address of the parcel only if it has arrived in Baku. To do this, contact the ASE partner call center via WhatsApp: +994 51 3233288.
If your order is delivered by Ozon partner, you can’t check it upon receipt, partially redeem it, or try the products on.
If you don’t like the product or it doesn’t fit,
create a return request in your personal account.
Delivery by seller

Your order is delivered by the seller or another delivery service.
You can view the approximate delivery time when placing an order or on it’s page in Orders section.
Delivery time may shift due to holidays, customs clearance, or unexpected circumstances.
When calculating delivery time, we take all circumstances into account, but there may still be occasional delays.
The delivery area depends on the seller and the transport companies they work with. You can select delivery by one of the transport companies offered by the seller. Not all delivery methods may be available. For example, some products can be delivered only by courier or only to pick-up points.
